Hunza Tea

 Hunza Tea is precious recipe in the world, it is a Super Drink! A complete Anti Aging drink that is also popular for skin care and diabetes.


Hunza Tea leaves consist of natural ingredients, namely holy basil, mint, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. These ingredients have never been processed with chemicals, additives or preservatives. This natural drink forms an essential part of the diet of the Hunza people.


Recipes of Hunza Tea:-

For 1 cup of tea:

  • 2 cup of Water 
  • Mint (Podina) leaves
  • Basil(Tulsi) leaf
  • 1 Small piece of Cinnamon
  • Cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)
  • 5 grams Ginger
  • 5 grams Jaggery
Boil for 10 minutes
Strain and add 1 table spoon lemon juice

Enjoy this Hunza tea instead of morning tea or coffee.
